TABC Releases New 51% Guidance

TABC has released new 51% guidance reviewing options for retailers and manufacturers to update gross receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages so TABC can ascertain whether the business is eligible to open as a restaurant under Governor Abbott’s order GA-28.
